Job Title: Finance Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Project Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the planning and delivery of finance projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate project activities, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Assist the project lead in planning and executing project tasks, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Organize meetings, record minutes, and ensure key decision points and actions are accurately captured.
  • Maintain project and process documentation, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to inquiries and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Liaise with project stakeholders, including project managers, developers, operations, and back-office finance teams.
  • Support the hyper-care of delivered projects and process handover to the business.
  • Escalate issues that impact on completion of tasks within set timescales.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of project planning or experience working in a project support environment.
  • Intermediate Excel skills.
  • Proficiency in math and English.
  • Excellent organization and planning skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with various stakeholders.
  • Motivated and conscientious with a desire to lead by example and demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Flexible and confident working in a fast-paced environment with competing demands and priorities.
