ER Policy Specialist

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review and update HR policies, ensuring compliance with local legislation and alignment with business needs.
- Develop user-friendly templates and guidance documents to support policy implementation, enhancing accessibility for all employees.
- Partner with the Learning & Development (L&D) team to design and deliver manager training on core HR processes, policy updates, and legislative changes.
- Provide expert advice to HR teams and business leaders on upcoming legislation changes, and offer guidance on complex or escalated ER cases.
- Monitor and track ongoing ER cases, identify trends, and recommend proactive measures to mitigate potential future issues.
- Proven experience in handling complex Employee Relations matters, including policy development and case management.
- Understanding of HR policies and local labor laws, with the ability to ensure compliance and provide guidance on upcoming legal changes.
- Ability to effectively educate and advise HR teams and business leaders on ER-related issues.
- Experience in designing and delivering HR-related training to managers and employees.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple ER projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
