The Opportunity
The Global Finance Modernization (GF Mod) Change Management Program Leader is tasked with crafting and executing strategies for managing transitions that enhance employee engagement and utilization. This role emphasizes preparing, assisting, and empowering individuals to embrace and implement modifications to business processes, systems, technologies, job functions, organizational frameworks, and more.
The primary objective of the GF Mod Change Management Program Leader is to facilitate quicker adoption, increased usage of changes, and mastery of the modifications that influence employees' daily tasks.

What will my responsibilities entail?

Utilize a Change Management framework, methodologies, and tools to devise a strategy that supports the adoption of necessary changes stemming from a project or initiative. Facilitate the design, development, dissemination, and oversight of essential communications. Perform impact assessments, evaluate readiness for change, and identify key stakeholders. Contribute insights, document requirements, and assist in the design and delivery of training initiatives. Identify, analyze, and formulate risk mitigation strategies. Assess and ensure user preparedness. Establish and evaluate success metrics while monitoring the progress of change initiatives.

What Team will I be a part of?

You will join the UK&I 'Change' team. This compact yet crucial team connects individuals across our organization to focus on executing the right projects in the most effective manner to achieve our business objectives. It proactively and independently challenges norms and innovates, diligently working to enhance our operational methods and deliver change effectively.

In this position, you will also have a dotted line into a Global Change Team responsible for the comprehensive Global Finance Modernization Program, of which the UK&I is a significant market. This team will lead the Global Change methodology, which you will adapt for the UK&I context.

What qualifications should I possess?

GF Mod represents a substantial Finance Transformation initiative. You should have led the creation and execution of similarly scaled programs, ideally related to an Oracle solution. Familiarity with and understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to clearly articulate complex topics to audiences who may not be subject matter experts. Capability to establish and maintain strong relationships, including at the executive level. Proficiency in influencing others and steering towards a shared vision or goal. Adaptable and flexible; able to navigate ambiguous situations. Experience with large-scale organizational change initiatives.
