Job Overview

Moog Aircraft Group is in search of a committed Logistics Coordinator to become a vital part of our logistics division. This role will focus on managing all shipping operations effectively. Candidates with recent experience or qualifications in warehousing or related fields will find this position advantageous.

Primary Responsibilities
The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for generating shipping documentation and commercial invoices, preparing items for global shipments, processing orders through client portals, and liaising with transport agents for coordination.

General Responsibilities
Adherence to current health, safety, and environmental regulations is crucial. You will maintain a clean workspace by following 5S principles. Interaction with material controllers and production teams to resolve daily priorities and issues will be part of your duties, along with accurately documenting all inventory movements.

Relationship Management
Collaboration with team members to exchange ideas and support ongoing improvement initiatives is essential. Being an enthusiastic, adaptable team player with a proactive approach and strong work ethic is vital. Effective communication with other departmental personnel is also a key aspect of this role.

Self-Management
The ideal candidate will bring innovative ideas and foster change, exhibit a positive attitude, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate integrity. Being self-aware, resilient, optimistic, and open to change is crucial. A collaborative approach and transparency in all interactions are essential.

Required Knowledge
A background in logistics and manufacturing processes is necessary. Candidates should be proficient in computer use and possess strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
