About The Position

Position Overview:

In the role of Lead Logistics Operations Manager, you will be instrumental in enhancing our logistics processes, ensuring seamless and effective operations within our distribution facilities. Your responsibilities will encompass managing outbound logistics activities while upholding exceptional accuracy and quality benchmarks, placing you at the core of our supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Serve as the main liaison for all outbound logistics operations. Organize and supervise receipt, replenishment, and storage processes to guarantee precision and quality. Achieve receipt objectives while adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Lead the recruitment, training, and supervision of personnel, ensuring comprehensive development and guidance.
  • Initiate and promote continuous improvement strategies to boost performance and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance inventory management and availability.
  • Oversee budget management and spearhead projects aimed at optimizing inbound logistics performance.

Working Hours:

Standard hours are Monday to Friday, covering a shift from 2 PM onwards.

Candidate Profile:

As a Lead Logistics Operations Manager, you will possess a proven history of warehouse management, ideally within a fast-paced sector such as FMCG.

Essential Qualifications:

  • In-depth knowledge of warehouse management systems and LEAN methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication, analytical, and IT capabilities.
  • Self-driven, adaptable, and capable of thriving in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in leading and managing change effectively.
