Job Title: Senior Business Development Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Executive to join our team at Serata Search (UK) Ltd. As a Senior Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for generating and closing new business opportunities to meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiation and responsibility for the generation and closure of new business opportunities to meet sales targets
  • Working closely with New Business Director & Commercial Director on face-to-face client meetings, answering client queries and providing relevant information to prospects
  • Maintaining a full understanding of company processes, policies, guidelines and contractual obligations
  • Keeping up-to-date with the digital industry and company trends and developments

Requirements:

  • Have strong B2B sales experience in a solutions or service-based industry ideally digital marketing or ecommerce but all consultative sales backgrounds will be considered
  • Have excellent communication and negotiation skills and will be articulate with a high standard of written English and presentation skills
  • Competent with Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
