Pertemps SSDC - DDT is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Advisor to join our team. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for making outbound sales calls to customers, offering an exciting product with excellent value for money.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make 50/60 calls a day on an automated dialler to engage with customers and build rapport.
- Develop and present offers that meet the customer's needs and exceed their expectations.
- Achieve targets of 3 – 6 sales a day, consistently meeting or exceeding the performance standards of the existing team.
- Ensure compliance with all processes, regulations, and industry standards in every interaction.
Requirements:
- At least 12 months of sales experience within the last 3 years, preferably in a similar phone-based role.
- A quiet and dedicated workspace at home, free from distractions.
- Comfortable working remotely and adapting to a dynamic sales environment.
- A strong desire to exceed targets while maintaining a high level of professionalism and adherence to company policies.
