About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Event Production Manager to join our dynamic team at Sculptivate Ltd. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day development, preparation, and management of events and unique, standalone projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the production process from initial concept through to final execution.
  • Supervise key developments and requirements, ensuring that all deliverables meet the agreed-upon scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Guide teams, involving multiple stakeholders, setting the direction and leading with exceptional management and delegation skills.
  • Manage budgets up to c.£750k, including setting targets, project margins, and negotiating with suppliers.
  • Adapt quickly to changing timelines while ensuring timely delivery.
  • Bring innovative solutions to complex problems and propose new ideas.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, internal teams, and suppliers.
  • Maintain robust relationships with clients and internal teams.
Requirements
  • 5 years' experience handling multi-faceted events and brand experiences.
  • Experience working with luxury brands.
  • Strong financial understanding and experience managing budgets.
  • Knowledge of Health and Safety, Insurance, Security, Permits, and License requirements.
  • Skills to create and/or manipulate presentation assets.
