Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the development of lived experience practitioners and peer support workers across our services. This will involve leading on training and development, working with stakeholders to promote improved quality of life for service users, and project managing various work streams to underpin the lived experience model.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the development of lived experience practitioners and peer support workers across our services.

- Project manage various work streams to underpin the lived experience model.
- Participate in Quality Improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of the London Community OPD Pathway Lived Experience Practitioner Model.
We are looking for a candidate with a degree or equivalent level of work experience, and a willingness to undertake further training and/or qualifications. Accredited Peer Support Worker Training is essential, and experience of devising and delivering training to adults is desirable. The successful candidate will also have a sound knowledge of good practice in peer support work and be able to devise training for new recruits.
