Employee Relations Advisor

We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Advisor to join our newly formed HR function. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing people-related queries across the full employee lifecycle, providing professional advice and support on performance management, mental health, wellbeing, absence management, disciplinaries, and consultations.

Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end Employee Relations case work, providing professional advice and support to employees and managers.
- Develop and implement People Policies and Processes, ensuring compliance with employment legislation.
- Coach and develop line management capability, providing guidance on performance management, mental health, and wellbeing.
- Work proactively in an agile, change environment, using your initiative and understanding of up-to-date employment legislation to provide advice and informed decision-making.
We are looking for someone with a human-centric, consultative approach to Employee Relations, who can set the standard for best practice across the organisation. If you have experience of managing Employee Relations case work, developing People Policies and Processes, coaching and developing line management capability, and working proactively in an agile environment, we would love to hear from you.
Please note that no specific qualifications are required, but CIPD accreditation would be beneficial. Candidates must have full unrestricted UK work rights.
