Page Personnel is seeking a highly skilled Senior Employee Relations Advisor to join our team on a 12-week temporary basis.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Employee Relations Advisor to provide expert advice and support to our clients in the management of employee relations cases, including disciplinary cases, employee-led complaints, performance management, probation, and sickness absence.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage employee relations cases, including disciplinary cases, employee-led complaints, performance management, probation, and sickness absence, in line with Trust Policy and Procedure.
  2. Provide sound employee relations advice to managers to help the effective management of staff.
  3. Provide impartial support and advice to employees.
  4. Conduct disciplinary and grievance investigations, preferably solo as the investigator.

Requirements:

  1. Strong employee relations experience in the public sector, preferably NHS.
  2. Experience presenting at hearings.
  3. Good communication, stakeholder engagement, and negotiation skills.
  4. High-quality writing skills.
  5. Excellent organisational skills.

What We Offer:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a well-known NHS Trust based in London. The role is initially a 12-week temporary assignment, but has the potential for extension. You will work 37.5 hours per week in an office-based role.
