We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Employee Relations Advisor to join our team at Page Personnel Sales. As a Senior Employee Relations Advisor, you will be responsible for managing ER cases, providing sound ER advice to managers, and providing impartial support and advice to employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Management of ER cases, including disciplinary cases, employee-led complaints, performance management, probation, and sickness absence, in line with Trust Policy and Procedure.
  • Provide sound ER advice to managers to help the effective management of staff.
  • Provide impartial support and advice to employees.
  • Experiences of conducting disciplinary and grievance investigations, preferably solo as the investigator.
Requirements
  • Strong Employee Relations experience in the public sector, preferably NHS.
  • Experiences presenting at hearings.
  • Good communication, stakeholder engagement, and negotiation skills.
  • High-quality writing skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
What's on Offer
  • This is initially a 12-week temporary role, but potential for extension.
  • 37.5 hours per week.
  • Office-based role.
