About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Employee Relations Advisor to join our team at Page Personnel.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing employee relations cases, including disciplinary cases, employee-led complaints, performance management, probation, and sickness absence, in line with Trust Policy and Procedure.
- Providing sound employee relations advice to managers to help the effective management of staff.
- Providing impartial support and advice to employees.
- Conducting disciplinary and grievance investigations, with experience of presenting at hearings.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Strong employee relations experience in the public sector, preferably NHS.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and negotiation skills.
- High-quality writing skills.
- Excellent organisational skills.
What We Offer
This is a 12-week temporary role with the potential for extension. The successful candidate will work 37.5 hours per week in an office-based environment.
