About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior HR Advisor to join our team at the British Heart Foundation. As a Senior HR Advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on employee relations matters, including employee relations policies and procedures, employee relations case work, and employee relations risk management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on employee relations matters, including employee relations policies and procedures, employee relations case work, and employee relations risk management.
  • Develop and implement employee relations strategies and initiatives to promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Collaborate with managers and employees to resolve employee relations issues and concerns.
  • Conduct investigations and provide recommendations on employee relations matters.
  • Develop and maintain employee relations policies and procedures.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to employees on employee relations matters.
Requirements
  • Minimum CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent.
  • Extensive experience in employee relations, including employee relations policies and procedures, employee relations case work, and employee relations risk management.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and employee relations best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
