Employee Relations Advisor Opportunity

Rendall & Rittner, a leading Residential Leasehold Property Management company, is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Advisor to join their HR team.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in managing employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievances, performance management, and absence management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse caseload of employee relations cases, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers on policy and procedure, ensuring compliance with UK employment law.
  • Drive improvement and ensure quality customer service to internal stakeholders.
  • Commercially apply external legal support as needed.

Requirements:

  • Part-qualified CIPD or equivalent, with excellent knowledge of UK employment law.
  • Ability to work under pressure, delivering high-quality results while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and writing skills, with the ability to draft policies and procedures.
