Responsive Repairs Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Responsive Repairs Supervisor to join our Wates team within our Responsive Maintenance division. This role will be based out of our Crawley office, where you will be responsible for delivering reactive and planned maintenance to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the scheduling of work to ensure high-quality service delivery in accordance with company procedures, standards, and SLAs.
  • Represent Wates at client and resident performance meetings as requested by the Operations Manager.
  • Oversee the responsive repairs function to achieve consistent performance against targets.
  • Effectively manage material costs and ensure adherence to correct processes and procedures.
  • Monitor the quality of work through inspection, inspection reports, and analysis of key performance indicators and customer satisfaction surveys.
  • Lead, manage, and contribute to the development of your team, determining optimum employment levels to meet service requirements.

Requirements:

  • A full UK driving licence is essential.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Prior responsive maintenance experience is crucial for success in this role.
  • A minimum SSSTS qualification is required.
