The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Responsive Maintenance Supervisor to join our Wates team within our Responsive Maintenance division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality reactive and planned maintenance services to our residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the scheduling of maintenance work to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services.
  • Represent Wates at client and resident performance meetings, providing updates on maintenance activities and progress.
  • Lead the responsive repairs function, ensuring consistent performance against targets and quality standards.
  • Monitor and control material costs, ensuring compliance with company procedures and standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections and analysis of key performance indicators to ensure high-quality work and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead, manage, and develop your team, determining optimum employment levels to meet service requirements.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have a full UK driving license and prior responsive maintenance experience. You should also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
