Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance teams to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Monitor and report on maintenance activities, including progress, quality, and budget.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards.
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Manage and maintain company assets, including vehicles, tools, and equipment.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in building maintenance and repair, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  • UK full driving license.
  • SMSTS certification.
