About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Receptionist to join our team at The Bruntsfield Hotel. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service: Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner, responding to their needs and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk area, handling check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Communication: Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements
