Job Title: HR Business Partner

Teleperformance is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR guidance and support to our business leaders and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on employee relations, talent management, and organizational development
  • Collaborate with business leaders to identify and address HR-related issues
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Conduct employee engagement surveys and develop action plans to improve employee satisfaction
  • Manage employee relations issues, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance management
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures
  • Provide HR support for recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
  • Collaborate with other HR teams to ensure consistency and best practices across the organization

Requirements:

  • Formal qualification in HR or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a contact center environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of employment law and regulations
