HR Business Partner Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at BBB Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in supporting the success of our business by providing expert guidance, coaching, and support to senior leadership and managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior leadership and managers to implement HR policies and processes, using data insight to inform and influence decisions and support change.
  • Provide expert guidance and support around areas such as conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • Support the development of business structures, frameworks, and systems that are optimal and support business growth and aspirations.
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues to identify and implement employee wellbeing initiatives, role and performance evaluation initiatives, and career development plans.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced commercial or central functions environment.
  • Robust knowledge of HR principles, HR practice, and employment law.
  • Excellent interpersonal, coaching, and communications skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
