H9 HR & Professional Services is seeking a dedicated HR Manager to play a crucial role in driving our HR strategy. As HR Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing effective HR policies and practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee experience.
- Manage employee relations, including performance management, disciplinary procedures, and grievance handling to maintain a positive work environment.
- Advise on compensation and benefits packages to attract and retain top talent.
- Conduct HR audits and implement improvements to ensure our organization has the right talent to support our growth objectives.
