Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Junior HR Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will assist with the recruitment process, implement HR policies, and support the HR department in administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate interviews and liaise with candidates to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and company regulations.
- Support the HR department in data management and administrative tasks to maintain accurate records and reports.
- Collaborate with different departments to streamline HR processes and improve efficiency.
- Assist in the organization of training events and programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to the development of staff welfare programs to promote a positive and supportive work environment.
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a HR role, preferably in the retail industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
- A proactive and flexible approach to work to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
