Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Advisor to join our team at our Monkswood development in Telford, Shropshire. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients, helping them find their dream home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide one-to-one professional on-site sales consultations with clients to help them find their ideal home.
  • Manage and coordinate all on-site sales and administration activities.
  • Maintain accurate knowledge of plot progress and update clients on a weekly basis.
  • Work closely with the Site Manager and Regional Sales Manager to ensure high-quality presentation standards are met.
  • Assist in producing key status reports and updates on all KPIs related to sales on the development.

Requirements

  • Previous experience working as a Sales Advisor for a residential developer.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Able to demonstrate a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
  • Flexible attitude towards working patterns.
  • Full driving license and own vehicle.
