We are seeking a skilled Business Process Improvement Specialist to join our client, a leading Financial Services organization, on a large-scale project. This is a unique opportunity to analyze and improve the organization's processes, covering Finance, HR, Risk, TOM, and Technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
  • Develop and implement Lean Six Sigma methodologies and other process improvement frameworks
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of end-to-end processes to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement process improvements
  • Apply Value Stream Mapping techniques to optimize business processes
  • Provide excellent stakeholder management and communication
  • Experience in pensions administration is highly desirable
