About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst to lead the carve-out of a bespoke ERP system from a well-established organisation into a newly acquired business. As the lead Business Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering, analysing, and documenting business requirements to ensure alignment with the organisation's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather and analyse business requirements to inform the design of new systems, including HR, CRM, and other platforms.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and third-party vendors to ensure project alignment and success.
  • Facilitate workshops to understand and translate stakeholder needs into detailed functional specifications.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design data mapping, quality, and integration strategies that meet business needs.
  • Assist in developing test strategies and conduct gap analysis between the current and future states.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst working on technology projects.
  • Strong understanding of data mapping, quality assurance, and integration processes.
  • Experience with the Microsoft stack, including Azure and Dynamics 365.
  • Background in business with staff in the field or physical assets.
  • Familiarity with Power BI or similar reporting tools is an advantage.
