Job Description

Business Systems Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to join our team at Apply Recruitment. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the carve out of a bespoke ERP system from a well-established organisation into a newly acquired business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyse, and document business requirements to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Facilitate workshops to understand and translate stakeholder needs into detailed functional specifications.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and third-party vendors to ensure project alignment and success.
  • Assist in developing test strategies and conduct gap analysis between the current and future states.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design data mapping, quality, and integration strategies that meet business needs.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst working on technology projects.
  • Strong understanding of data mapping, quality assurance, and integration processes.
  • Experience with the Microsoft stack.
  • Background in business with staff in the field or physical assets.
  • Familiarity with Power BI or similar reporting tools is an advantage.
