About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to lead the implementation of a bespoke ERP system for a newly acquired business. As the lead Business Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements to ensure alignment with the organization's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the business analysis process to identify and document business requirements for the ERP carve-out and associated systems.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and third-party vendors to ensure project alignment and success.
  • Assist in developing test strategies and conduct gap analysis between the current and future states.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design data mapping, quality, and integration strategies that meet business needs.
  • Provide analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to facilitate workshops and translate stakeholder needs into detailed functional specifications.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst working on technology projects.
  • Strong understanding of data mapping, quality assurance, and integration processes.
  • Experience with the Microsoft stack, including Azure and Dynamics 365.
  • Background in business with staff in the field or physical assets.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Power BI or similar reporting tools is an advantage.
  • Strong stakeholder skills and ability to facilitate workshops.
