About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to lead the implementation of a bespoke ERP system for a newly acquired business. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements to ensure alignment with our strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and analyze business requirements to inform ERP system design and implementation
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including technical and non-technical teams
  • Facilitate workshops to understand and translate stakeholder needs into detailed functional specifications
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design data mapping, quality, and integration strategies
  • Assist in developing test strategies and conducting gap analysis between current and future states

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst working on technology projects
  • Strong understanding of data mapping, quality assurance, and integration processes
  • Experience with the Microsoft stack, including Azure and Dynamics 365
  • Background in business with staff in the field or physical assets
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Familiarity with Power BI or similar reporting tools is an advantage
  • Strong stakeholder skills and ability to facilitate workshops
