About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to lead the implementation of a bespoke ERP system for our client. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements to ensure alignment with our client's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the business analysis process to identify and document business requirements for the ERP implementation
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and translate their needs into detailed functional specifications
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders and third-party vendors to ensure project alignment and success
  • Assist in developing test strategies and conduct gap analysis between the current and future states
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design data mapping, quality, and integration strategies that meet business needs

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst working on technology projects
  • Strong understanding of data mapping, quality assurance, and integration processes
  • Experience with the Microsoft stack, including Azure and Dynamics 365
  • Background in business with staff in the field or physical assets
  • Familiarity with Power BI or similar reporting tools is an advantage
