About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Holder to join our team at Typo. As a Key Holder, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store, working closely with the Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Monitor sales performance and provide feedback to the sales team
  • Assist with visual merchandising and store displays
  • Provide support to the Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager with daily operations
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Previous retail sales experience, preferably in a leadership role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
