Position Overview:

  • Foster and maintain relationships with current member organizations and potential new clients.
  • Articulate the advantages of membership to visitors and prospective members.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process and educational programs for members.
  • Assist members in connecting with mentors, partners, and investors.
  • Act as a representative for the organization at various events and facilitate internal member gatherings.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in community relations or client services.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Genuine interest in collaborating with technology startups.
  • Capacity to adapt and embody the company's values in daily operations.
