About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Director of Solution Engineering, EMEA to lead our technical teams in the EMEA/META regions. As a key member of our sales and technology teams, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, technology positioning, and execution priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Collaborate with EMEA/META sales leadership to create and implement sales strategies, technology positioning, and execution priorities.
  2. Technical Evangelism and Thought Leadership: Play a key role in evangelizing F5's solutions, thought leadership, mentoring, and influencing within and outside of F5 in the Solution Engineering community and the XC product group.
  3. Team Management and Operations: Ensure your team adheres to operational standards, including Salesforce record upkeep, Vivun updates, and customer engagements.
  4. Project Management and Negotiation: Leverage project management and negotiation skills to drive results and build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  5. Technical Expertise: Possess a strong understanding of Cloud, SaaS-based solutions, SD-WAN, Networking, Container, and AI technologies.
  6. Education and Experience: Hold a BS or BA degree or equivalent work experience.
