Role Overview

The Development and Alumni Relations Office (DARO) plays a crucial role in managing philanthropy, alumni relations, and supporter engagement initiatives for the University. This office collaborates with various colleges, academic departments, and professional services to connect with over 230,000 alumni and supporters globally.

The Alumni and Supporter Engagement (ASE) team is dedicated to cultivating lifelong connections and enhancing engagement levels. This includes offering support to alumni, managing volunteer contributions, and executing fundraising campaigns.

Position Summary

The Alumni and Supporter Engagement Manager (Partnerships & Projects) is a pivotal role within the ASE team, focusing on coordinating and implementing effective alumni engagement programs across the University. The position involves:
  • Acting as a liaison and coordinator for best practices in alumni engagement.
  • Leading key projects and initiatives, including managing resources and overseeing alumni communications.
  • Facilitating digital engagement and conducting market research to enhance alumni relations.

The successful candidate will work closely with senior University leaders and will be adaptable to the evolving needs of the institution.

Work Environment
