Domestic Cleaning Operative

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Domestic Cleaning Operative to join our team at OCS Group. As a key member of our cleaning and host services team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our healthcare environments.
Main Responsibilities- Carry out all cleaning duties in accordance with NHS 2021 Cleaning standards and OCS policy and process.
- Clean and maintain all areas, including offices, toilets, bathrooms, shower rooms, and basins.
- Restock soaps, hand towels, and toilet paper as required.
- Empty and clean waste bins.
- Assist in the removal and re-hanging of curtains.
- Undertake any help desk tasks as instructed by your Line Manager.
- Support the host role by serving patient meals and assisting with the lunch and dinner service.
- Previous cleaning experience in a healthcare environment is desired but not essential, as full training will be provided.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and presentation, including uniform.
- High standards of personal hygiene are expected and required at all times.
- Ability to follow policy and procedures.
