**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Extraction Cleaning and Maintenance Operations Manager to oversee and lead our cleaning, servicing and maintenance teams.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead and manage day-to-day operations of the extraction cleaning and maintenance teams, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of technicians and support staff, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, timely service delivery, and addressing any issues or concerns.
  • Develop and manage work schedules, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Oversee quality control processes to ensure all cleaning and maintenance activities meet industry standards and client specifications.
  • Manage the allocation and use of resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
  • Maintain accurate records of all operations, including job logs, maintenance reports, and safety inspections.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management.
  • Stay updated on the latest technologies and methodologies in extraction cleaning and maintenance, ensuring the team is trained and equipped to deliver the highest quality service.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in industrial cleaning, with at least 3 years in a managerial role, preferably in extraction systems maintenance.
  • A relevant degree or certification in engineering, industrial maintenance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in the use of relevant software and tools for scheduling and reporting.
  • In-depth knowledge of extraction systems, industrial cleaning techniques, and health and safety regulations.
  • NEBOSH, IOSH) are highly desirable.
  • A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to various client sites as required.
