Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Extraction Cleaning and Maintenance Operations Manager to oversee and lead our cleaning, servicing, and maintenance teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial cleaning, particularly within extraction systems, and a proven track record in operations management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage day-to-day operations of the extraction cleaning and maintenance teams, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of technicians and support staff, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, timely service delivery, and addressing any issues or concerns.
- Develop and manage work schedules, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Ensure all operations comply with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Oversee quality control processes to ensure all cleaning and maintenance activities meet industry standards and client specifications.
- Manage the allocation and use of resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
- Maintain accurate records of all operations, including job logs, maintenance reports, and safety inspections.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings, implementing best practices across the operations.
- Stay updated on the latest technologies and methodologies in extraction cleaning and maintenance, ensuring the team is trained and equipped to deliver the highest quality service.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in industrial cleaning, with at least 3 years in a managerial role, preferably in extraction systems maintenance.
- A relevant degree or certification in engineering, industrial maintenance, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in the use of relevant software and tools for scheduling and reporting.
- In-depth knowledge of extraction systems, industrial cleaning techniques, and health and safety regulations.
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) are highly desirable.
