Voyage Care is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our HR Team. As an HR Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing guidance and support to managers on change management processes, ensuring compliance with company policy and employment legislation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide advice and guidance on change management processes, including TUPE transfers, restructures, redundancies, and acquisitions.
- Collaborate with internal teams and senior management to ensure smooth transition of change programmes.
- Ensure compliance with company policy and employment legislation, including due diligence information, criminal record checks, and right to work information.
- Develop and implement change management strategies to minimize disruption and ensure business continuity.
Requirements:
- Experience in managing and advising on change management programmes, ideally with experience of TUPE transfers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive conversations with empathy.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
