Payroll Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Payroll Operations Manager to join our team at GGB - Global. As a key member of our payroll team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our payroll function, ensuring the delivery of exceptional payroll services to our clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate the payroll process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration with other business functions.
- Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners.
- Monitor and analyze payroll data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve payroll efficiency and reduce costs.
- Proven experience in payroll operations, preferably in a global organization.
- Strong knowledge of payroll laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
