Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and dedicated International Payroll Manager to oversee and manage the payroll operations for our UK workforce, ensuring accurate and timely payments while adhering to all contractual, statutory, and legal obligations. This role will involve managing a team of payroll professionals and collaborating with various stakeholders across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, train, motivate, and manage a high-performing payroll team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Regularly review performance, provide constructive feedback, and identify opportunities for professional growth.
- Payroll Processing & Compliance: Oversee the accurate and timely processing of payroll for all UK employees, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, tax regulations, and company policies. This includes managing payroll systems, calculating wages, deductions, and benefits, and preparing statutory reports.
- International Payroll Expertise: Manage the complexities of international payroll, including understanding different tax regimes, employment laws, and currency conversions. Collaborate with external partners to ensure seamless payroll processing for employees based in various countries.
- Process Improvement & Automation: Continuously evaluate and improve payroll processes, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency gains. Implement best practices and leverage technology to streamline operations and enhance accuracy.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong relationships with HR, Finance, IT, and other departments to ensure seamless integration of payroll activities within the overall business operations. Provide timely and accurate information to stakeholders regarding payroll matters.
