As a Quality Assurance Leader, your duties will include:
- Supervising the adoption of continuous improvement methodologies within the quality assurance and inspection departments.
- Overseeing the internal audit framework, generating reports, and implementing corrective actions.
- Providing training on quality and safety initiatives.
- Managing both customer and internal non-conformance reports (NCRs).
- Formulating and endorsing quality enhancement strategies, promoting a culture of 'zero defects'.
- Updating and managing documentation, policies, and procedures relevant to engineering and quality assurance.
