Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at Kier Group. As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality of our projects and services, and will be responsible for implementing and maintaining our quality management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the pre-construction and operational delivery teams to ensure quality management and specification compliance.
  • Manage the areas of quality throughout all projects, maximizing customer satisfaction and project operating margins.
  • Ensure compliance and operational management in quality control systems, including auditing, risk management, investigations, complaint handling, and report writing.
  • Provide quality-related training to equip project teams with the skills to drive improvements in quality performance.
  • Ensure the effective implementation and monitoring of ISO accredited integrated management systems, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Develop and manage the contract audit program and carry out internal audits against business policies.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a similar position within the construction industry.
  • Demonstrated experience of ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 management system standards.
  • Ability to drive improvements in performance excellence.
  • Highly organized with a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
