We are excited to present an exceptional opportunity for a Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement Specialist to join a leading Engineering services organization, known for its innovative approach and commitment to excellence.

The company is recognized for designing and manufacturing specialized hydraulic and pneumatic solutions, boasting a strong reputation across the UK and Ireland.

As a Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement Specialist, you will play a vital role in upholding ISO9001 standards within the organization. Your responsibilities will include conducting internal audits, performing SWOT analyses, and executing root cause analyses.

Additionally, you will focus on Continuous Improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing the company’s operational processes.


Key Responsibilities:
* Upholding and Monitoring ISO9001 standards across the organization
* Conducting internal audits, root cause analyses, and SWOT analyses
* Driving Continuous Improvement initiatives

Candidate Profile:
* Proven experience in a Quality Assurance role
* Background in Rail or Engineering/Manufactured products is preferred
* Familiarity with ISO9001 standards is essential
