Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Administrator to join our team at Hunter Selection. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Management: Create and maintain systems and documentation associated with manufacturing, ensuring compliance with industry standards such as ISO and API.
  • Audit and Quality Control: Perform routine audits on a regular basis to ensure working practices meet industry standards.
  • Documentation and Communication: Create and update various documentation required in production, including visual aids, SOPs, and work instructions, and update tooling sheets as needed.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure working practices meet industry standards, including ISO 45001.
Requirements
  • Admin and Production Experience: Proven experience in an administrative or production floor role.
  • Technical Skills: Computer literate with good numerical skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Health and Safety Knowledge: Familiarity with ISO 45001 and industry standards.
  • Personal Qualities: Well-organized, multi-skilled, self-motivated, professional, problem-solver, and mechanically curious.
