Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management
    • Develop and implement project management processes and procedures to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
    • Provide guidance and support to project managers and team members to ensure that projects are delivered successfully.
  • PMO Operations
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the PMO team, including resource allocation, budgeting, and reporting.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including project sponsors, project managers, and team members.
  • Process Improvement
    • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the PMO team.
    • Develop and implement metrics to measure the performance of the PMO team and identify areas for improvement.
  • Leadership

Requirements

  • Education

    • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Skills
    • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
