Learning and Talent Development Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Learning and Talent Development Specialist to join our team at Innserve Ltd. As a key member of our People Team, you will play a crucial role in shaping and evolving our contemporary Learning and Talent development strategy.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact on our learning, talent, and development agenda. You will be responsible for delivering strategic learning and development solutions that meet the technical and legislative needs of our business.

Key responsibilities will include:

  1. Partnering with business areas to design and deliver learning solutions that support career pathways and revolutionize how we develop our colleagues' talent.
  2. Managing stakeholders effectively to employ strong business partnering skills and provide valuable consultancy to build our company's capability.
  3. Overseeing training needs analysis and utilizing data to inform our learning and development strategy.
  4. Identifying and implementing a future-proof learning platform, enhancing our apprenticeship offering, and developing a graduate development program.
  5. Working on a range of exciting and innovative projects to influence company culture and drive business results.

You will have significant experience working in a HR/People function with Learning and Talent experience, and a CIPD Level 3 or 5 qualification is ideal.
