The Role

We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Advisor to join our team at Mpac, where you will play a key role in attracting, assessing, and hiring top talent for various UK-based roles across the business.

As a Recruitment Advisor, you will be responsible for sourcing and scouting for qualified candidates, supporting and contributing to the overall recruitment strategies, managing the full recruitment lifecycle, building and maintaining talent pipelines, collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements, conducting candidate screenings and interviews, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations, and maintaining recruitment metrics and reporting.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding
  • Building and maintaining talent pipelines to meet business needs
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective job descriptions
  • Conducting candidate screenings and interviews to ensure the best fit for the role
  • Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations
  • Maintaining recruitment metrics and reporting to inform business decisions
