The Role

We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Advisor to join our team at Mpac, where you will play a key role in attracting, assessing, and hiring top talent for various UK-based roles across the business.

As a Recruitment Advisor, you will be responsible for sourcing and scouting for qualified candidates, supporting and contributing to our overall recruitment strategies, and managing the full recruitment lifecycle.

You will work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, conduct candidate screenings and interviews, and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Key responsibilities include building and maintaining talent pipelines, collaborating with the HR team, and maintaining recruitment metrics and reporting.
