The Role

We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Advisor to join our team at Mpac, where you will play a key role in attracting, assessing, and hiring top talent for various UK-based roles across the business.

As a Recruitment Advisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Source and identify qualified candidates for our roles
  • Support and contribute to our overall recruitment strategies
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements
  • Conduct candidate screenings and interviews
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
  • Maintain recruitment metrics and reporting
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
  • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders
  • Provide recruitment metrics and reporting to support business decisions
