Key Responsibilities:

  • Minimize invoice discrepancies and investigate any credit requests submitted by clients.
  • Ensure all data entries are accurate and completed promptly.
  • Address all customer inquiries regarding missed collections in a timely manner.
  • Utilize all IT systems effectively to ensure accurate data recording.
  • Keep key accounts informed about service-related issues affecting their specific clients.
  • Contact all customers who experienced missed collections to explain the reasons and confirm their rescheduled service dates.
